SO i’ve gotten myself a pri4 kid to tutor for english,math and science.

NO JOKE

Cos i cant rmb half the science i learnt in primary school. I felt retarded for the first half of the lesson and HIS MUM TORE OUT THE ANSWERS FROM THE ASSESSMENT BOOK!!!!!

Just kill me okay.

I’m going to get it from her. I DON’T CARE IF I SOUND STUPID.

ARGH! And the poor boy has home tuition and classes at tuition centres. For those 3 subjects! Super kiasu parents man. But he’s a nice kid. (:

ANYWAY…..

I’m gonna start studying. I’m really serious this time cos I really wanna do well this year. I wanna do well for my first test/assignment!!!

I sound abit high now. I wonder why.

The school week has been good I guess, probably that’s why. LOL.

Was on the way home with my classmate today and we were talking about random things. But halfway, I think there was a pause in the conversation (ran out of things to say), and the next thing that happened….

I fell asleep.

I think he must be thinking I’m just weird or I must be really tired. Unglam to the max.

I rlly look 4ward 2 my weekends now cos everything seems nicer and mre alive. Went for service on Sat and it was a rare “occassion” that Von, Rach, HuiXian and I were not on duty for singing/playing instruments! Quite random luh. Cant rmb the name of the Speaker but I knw he gave us 6 points.

It was a very relevant msg to me. God is really so soo good. We may feel so far from Him or do things that do not please Him, but yet, when we call His name, He is always always always there. It is smth that we tend to take for granted.

We must know what TIME it is. And start doing something about IT. That’s the important take away from tdy’s sermon. Awesome (:

Wore the new pair of shoes that I bought from C&K and it caused my feet to hurt like…Crap. I’ve not worn high heels for too long, and this new one is nearly 2 inches. Vanity. ZZZ. But i really love it! Shall post a picture of it soon cos its so duper pretty!

Went to T3 with G to look for my bestest ever friend who was working at CandyEmpire! She was soo cute packing stuff that were already neat??!! That’s her job. She shd have followed behind customers and adjust everything they touch.

But anyway.. PRISCILLA SU.. I’m so so sorry for what happened tht night. I was so tired I left without telling you. SORRY! I still feel quite bad

Had  U-connect on sunday. Sigh. It was negligience on my part for not knowing that the video I showed the group turned out to be a “fraud” ( to put it crudely ). Mike G’s case caught me off-guard and I was just kinda lost/disorientated throughout the whole session. Sigh. Was intending to elaborate on this but nvm.

Bummed at Von’s house watching rhythmic gymnastics. Very interesting! Old pple went to watch “Death Race” at J8. Quite liked it, think i’m getting used to bloody shows. Good or bad? Haha. Quite liked the storyline. Even though the ending was predictable, i was still thrilled by it! Dinner-ed with G at the food court which had “Pepper Lunch”.

G was like “You shouldn’t be eating this cos you don’t take pepper and its not lunch now”.

I ate it anyway. The beef is awesome (: Chilled at a very familiar place after that drinking teh tarik and talking about random things.

School tdy. Econs is getting quite confusing/difficult. Gotta revise! I ♥ my econs lecturer. She’s cute!

Oh and i met my lovely indian friend.. NIKITA!!! She finally started school! YAY! Gonna meet up with her on Wed, cant waitt!! She has lovely stories for me, bollywood style! LOL she’ll kill me. Met up with Chris for lunch at the Botak Jones coffeeshop at Clementi. Had pasta though (: Havent seen that toot-head for so long. His hall life is so busy but also exciting. I see his mum more than i see him nowadays. HAHA.

Trained home after that…slept. Yes Chris, that’s how my life is..EAT n SLEEP. I’m going to add studying in also okay! Annoying!

Unglam moment of the week : Walking ard T3 barefooted. My shoes were killing me.

Someone has nights out everyday. Happy shit. *rolls eyes*

I was just talking to yvette online for a few minutes. (SUPER BIMBOTIC OKAY!)

But anyhow, after the “convo”, it got me thinking about something even though its pretty much unrelated.

Imagine yourself holding on tightly to a teddy bear ( like one of those on prissy’s cupboard of bears ), unwilling to let anyone else have it. But yet, when you’re with that teddy bear, you pull at its fur, punch it, gorge its eyes out, slap it because all it does is to stare back at you (if the eyes are still in-tack) blankly. Sometimes you wished it could retaliate, scream (growl) at you, gorge out YOUR eyes. But, no. All it does is to sit there and stare.

And when its finally too tattered to be kept, ur mum picks it up from the corner of your roows and throws into the bin and the banglas with the rubbish truck comes around to pick it up. You probably don’t even realize its gone until a few weeks later, then you go hysteric.

Because, despite being that “punching bag”, that bear probably meant so much more. 

Many times, that’s how life is.

Well, its not that i’ve got not enough money.

But more like i’ve got really poor management of it? SIGH.

I tried to keep track of my spending. I really TRIED. But! I cant account for nearly $300. LIKE WHERE DID MY MONEY FLY TO HUH!

Plus i’m schooling now, which means money should go to food and transport only, right? Erm apparently NOT.

Argh! This is so frustrating, I cant go to sleep because I’ve got missing money.

And i DESPERATELY need tuition students!!!

I need ta make $$$ to survive, and to pay for upcoming practical driving.

Anyone who knows of lower primary students who need tuition?? Living around my area please.. Hehehe

Weekend was awesome even though it was time to send off yet another friend.

Went to Huixian’s place after service, she has SEVEN dogs!! I’m not exactly a “Yay! I lURVEEE dogs” person, but her dogs are nice people. People there were: Rachel, Sirui, Gordon, me and Huixian of course.

Life is full of weird complications and coincidents.

Spent the aftn with Ivan at Sengkang Library. Was reading “Asylum” by Erving Goffman while Ivan was doing his hmwk for PSLE!! Hehehehe. The book was introduced by my socio lecturer and so far i think its “readable”. Abit dry but i’m forcing myself to absorb the structure of Goffman’s writing. A study of social institution of mental patients and other inmates. Quite interesting since I’ve always had this weird interest in psycho people, hence the reason I’m watching the current 9pm show on Channel 8. Hehe

Tmr night will be tonging at the airport. The week has passed so fast! Really cant wait to slack there man. Cool people and we’ll bring cool games like UNO! hohoho.

Last saturday was huang’s last saturday in church.SAD luhh, he’s the 2nd to leave for studies this year..SIGH! The Giant is going to US..sooo we took photoS! Haha they’re hilarious luhh..i don’t knw what the other youths were thinking when we were doing those stupid things man.

Went cycling/picnic with a few of the same pple and JG pples at ECP on sunday. The weather was awesomeeee when we reached there. Thank God!! I ate like 6 nuggets even before everyone arrived..zz so .guilty now. I was hungry and the smell of the nuggets were like right in front of me.

So anyway, cycling started at 4.30pm!

I cant believe we wasted our money on a “Journey to the centre of the earth”. ARGH. Hmm it wasnt THAT bad, but not worth the money luh. Only liked the part where they were falling down a deep hole “and after 10 seconds of screaming, they paused and screamed “we’re still falling!!!!!”. That was the only funny part i think.

Makan-ed at Makansutra next to Esplanade. I think the food standard has dropped slightly, they’re probably trying to cut costs i guess. My Char Kway Tiao was filled with too much beansprouts! Like nearly half the plate man. Quite Gross. Jalan-ed at our usual hang out along S’pore River to talk about LIFE. HAHA like our lives are super exciting.

Anyway, CONGRATS on getting “BEST KNOWLEDGE” Gordon Toh Zi Jing! Some award given to the person who scored the best out of all the tests/exams in his airforce school. Haha yes i know, its like near unbelievable. But yes, he got it. LOL so CongratsS!

This is going to be quite an odd post cos at the 2 events i’m talking about, i’m wearing the same top. Hahaha

Anyway, 2/3 weeks ago, the older pple from u-connect went to catch Dark Knight and later some of us went to slack at Timbre. They close at 2am? Anyway, many many UNGLAM photos of me cos the phtographer, Ah Lian, was sitting opposite to me. I’m going to sit NEXT to her from now on.. Hahaha

This is at the art musuem which was opened at midnight for some art festival during the period.

School this week has been a-okay. Really thank God i’m not a lonerrr!! Wooohoo! Made a new friend during Econs lesson, and she turned out to be from PL too! but one yr older. Then wed’s lesson was awesome cos for Math, i had TQ!!! and for IBM, there was WJ!! YAYY! PL gurl reunite. Wahahaha! As i was rushing to school on thurs, met fiona who was also gg to class but not Socio, but her friend next to her was gg for Socio! SO i didnt go into class a LONER! Thank you Lord! Her name’s Jael. I loveee her name! It’s so jewel-like. Made friends with another guy during class, WeiLun. He’s super cute.

Anyway, WJ TQ and I are joining SIP@SIM! SIP= Social Innovative Park. It has to do with social entrepreneurship and volunteer work i think. Pearl from PLhandbells is there too, and she has set up Handbells with some organisation. Which is one of the main reasons I wanna be there! Hehehe

Tdy was the first day of school. ECONS lesson.

Was about 15 mins late for the first day of school..hehe that’s quite a bad start i know but oh wells.

The lecturer is quite good, very patient (: i loveeee!

She’s also quite crappy, like those 50 yr old something kind of cranky funny.

So I enjoyed today’s econs lessons. Most of the stuff heard before in JC but the workings and stuff quite different so its basically learning everything again, but at least i’m not so lost (: Really thank God for that!
