This week hasnt been the best of all weeks. Fell sick on the first day of the week, saw the doc – turned out to be a sinus infection, something i had before. And its no joke man. Headache on the head, on the t-zone, whole back area, sore throat, flu. Wow. I’m still alive, thank God!

Skipped  my first ever IBM test and skipped socio class. It was a good week of just eating, sleeping, eating, sleeping. Yayness, think i’ve been sleeping too much though. Was basically bumming around, not doing anything productive. But this week, i shall put to GOOD use (while somebody’s away in cambodia…blahhhh) and make FULL USE of my time! Haha

Tutoring’s starting this week on Tuesday. Hmm. Sighhhh i really dunno whether i’m doing the right thing by continuing to tutor, with many many preperations that i have to do for u-connect next year, teaching materials and all. Hmm. Wells, trust in God!

Well nothing particularly “exciting” happening these few weeks. (except that Jon has a car nowwww! HAHA okay kill me if i’m not supposed to “publicize” )

Felt that this week passed super duper fast and its saturday again!

The week has been interesting..

For one, caught Madagascar 2 with jon and ivan. erm, really don’t think it was as good as the first one. Oh wells, but we had a fun time! Was still hilarious at some parts but nah, didnt interest me as much. Company rocked though! Haha

Number 2. Jon and i created quite a stir on facebook by removing both our “single” statuses. (He created a WAY BIGGER STIR by receiving THIRTY-SEVEN comments). Its hilarious.. does removing single status really mean anything?? Hahaha

Number 3. Sec 1-2 cell & random pple gathering at my place on thurs night was the bomb. From pizza making, to wii racing, to karaoke party. AWESOME! Great time of bonding. Had joann,jeremin and cheryl stay over and gosh, i think i’m srsly ageing. one night of torture (staying up till 3am and looking for food at that time) left me semi-sick and STILL feeling tired. GAH.

Number 4. WENT SHOPPING with Cheryl the Foo. Super satisfied with my buys! But it has left me PENILESS and my legs are aching from the walking.HAHA oh and i finally realized today that I need a tan badly. Legs are scarily white. *speechless

FTT coming up on friday. Getting pretty nervous. Haha definitely did not put in as much effort as for BTT a few months back, but gonna trust God!

Ivan and Mum are back from Aussie! Got another elmo tee for me! Whee~ Hopefully i havent grown that much to be unable to fit in. Hee. Ivan’s uber cute..he said this to me when he got back “Age is just a case of mind over matter..If you don’t mind, it doesnt matter”. Who knows what his intention was when he said that but it was fascinating seeing him try to rmb sth “sophisticated”. Hilarious. And then he was writing a birthday card and he changed the word “AGE” to “STRESS”. And i was super impressed! I mean, when he initially told me the “age” phrase, it didnt occur to me that it applied to practically everything. Haha! Gee, isit me getting abit slow? Hmm.

Anyway, the house is bustling once again. I was telling my mum that it feels weird telling her “oh i’m going down to meet so-and-so” or “oh i’ll be gg out this day this time”. Its only been 2 weeks that she’s been away and i’m feeling this way already. TSK. should just slap myself.

I havent had much thought to type anything here.

Emotional and physical things have happened over the week.

Emo stuff :i’m too tired to mention but its left me qutie blah about things.

Physical stuff : PUT ON WEIGHT. At the rate i’ve been eating, its sort of no surprise that i actually put on some weight but i’m determined to shed off at least 2-3kgs!!!! Number one – need to eat significantly lesser! Number two – need to exercise (which hopefully will actually happen..gah)!!!

2 Nights ago, i was reading a book “The power of a praying teen” and the chapter i was reading happened to be about the importance of knowing ur bible verses in order to have “more effective prayer life” and also it helps as a reminder each day about God’s plan and purpose for us. I’ve never been a hard-core “bible verse memoriser”. I know Avonne Tan is the bomb/expert on memory verses, since we were in primary school. She was the first to memorise all the books in the bible, each time it came to memorising bible verses, she knew them so well.

Anyways, i decided to put one verse into my head for that night. Psalms 119:105 “Thy word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path”. Simple verse i’ve heard a gazillion times but nv before knew where it came from. So kept it there. That was 2 nights ago. Last night, i opened the “life application study bible” that JonWong just got me (THANK YOU AGAIN!!!), and the verse right right right at the front cover was Psalms 119:105. As i thought about the coincidence, i rmbed that IvanChan just led the song “thy word” in service just about 2 weeks ago.

Wheee~ i guess its really a reminder from God that He is always always guiding my path. Whether i move out of the path or not, He is always always there to guide and lead me and I will never feel like I’m in a “cave of my own”.

Mum and ivan still in aussie…blah .. house is uber quiet when i come home.
